Warhawk Crew Annual Mulch Sale
The Annual Mulch Sale is Warhawk Crew's biggest FUNdraiser of the year. Warhawk Crew rowers will be selling and delivering high quality mulch from Merrifield Garden Center, starting at the end of the calendar year with FREE delivery in the early spring on our annual "mulch day."

Common Questions:
- How much do I need? Divide your square footage by 12 to get the number of bags needed for 3" depth of mulch coverage.
- What kind of mulch? Shredded hardwood mulch supplied by Merrifield Garden Center in 3 cubic foot bags weighing 40-50 pounds each. These bags are 50% larger than common mulch bags.
- How does my order support Warhawk Crew? The Warhawk Crew receives 100% of its financial support from James Madison Crew Boosters Organization (JMCBO) and depends on community support for our fundraisers. Because the mulch is at market value, your purchase is not tax deductible.
- What if I don't need mulch? If you don't need mulch now, please consider a fully tax-deductible donation to JMCBO, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
- How much does it cost? $7 per bag, minimum 10 bag order, and free delivery included for Vienna/Oakton.
