Key Information

• Grand prize is $1,000 cash, 2nd prize is $500, and 3rd prize is $100.
• Tickets are 5 for $20.00 or $5 each.
• FCPS does not permit us to sell raffle tickets on JMHS property – do NOT sell ticket at school.
• Raffle Ticket purchases are NOT tax deductible. Only donations are tax deductible.
•  Sellers may collect payment via cash or check payable to the James Madison Crew Boosters Organization (or JMCBO).
• Buyer or athlete should LEGIBLY complete each raffle ticket stub (buyer’s name, email address, and/or phone #) for return along with Raffle Sales Form, money (no cash) and ALL unsold tickets.

Actions and Timing

• All athletes should target selling the 100 raffle tickets that you receive in the envelope today. If more tickets are desired, that’s GREAT! -- Just contact Matt Wright via Slack or at fundraising@warhawkcrew.org.
• DUE DATE – SUNDAY, 3 DECEMBER 2023 – Sales form, ticket stubs, unsold tickets, and money due. Please do not turn in cash. Parents, please write a check to JMCBO for the total cash received to include with all other checks and the Raffle Sales Form. Check SLACK for opportunities to turn in all items or contact Amy Williams.
• Drawing held 12 December 2023 at the JMCBO Board Meeting. Need not be present to win.

INCENTIVE AWARD! 

• ALL athletes who sell $400+ (including donations) receive an incentive award (TBD based on athlete input).
