2023 Bus Chaperone

• Bus Chaperoning to and from Sandy Run: Please only sign up to chaperone the bus if you have been FCPS badged - or are in the process of being badged. Please do not make any changes to your signup once you have signed up. Cancellations are not allowed fewer than 7 days before your sign up. If you are unable to fulfill the duty you signed up for you must find your replacement and contact the transportation coordinator, Alison Georgelas, (Transportation@warhawkcrew.org or 703-862-2805). The bus will pick up students in the back of the high school, near door 4 - on the roadway between the Press Box and where the trailers were. Please arrive at Madison High School at 2:45 PM. The bus returns to Madison HS by 7:30 PM and will drop off in front of Door 11. THE BUS CAN NOT LEAVE WITHOUT A CHAPERONE. Please show up and please be on time. Thanks very much.
