Annual Erg Maintenance Day - 2022

• VOLUNTEER CREDIT: 1 per parent/session DATE: 15 October (Rain Date of 22 October) TASK: Perform simple maintenance on our rowing machines (ergs), which involves cleaning seat track and rollers, oil chain, replacing wheels/feet, tightening and loctite the screws, and test rowing the ergs. Requires using screwdriver, hammer, and towels. No experience needed. Consider volunteering for erg support leader to learn and help lead this activity for next year. Help get our Concept2 ergs ready for winter conditioning, so our athletes can train hard to get in shape, set new personal best times. If you have any questions, email operations@warhawcrew.org.
