OKTOBERFEST 2022

• Vienna's Annual Oktoberfest is on October 1, 2022 (11am - 7 pm) this year. Come out to the Town Green area, volunteer for Warhawk Crew (either by supervising children in the Kids Activity area or selling raffle tickets) and have some fun. The team earns a $1,000 donation from the Vienna Business Association for the day. We will provide volunteers to staff the 5 child-friendly stations within the children’s area. Stations will include inflatables, games and activities, and will each require 2 volunteers per station at all times. We will also ensure a 15-minute overlap for each shift as to keep all kids activities monitored at all times. In addition, we will have a Warhawk Crew tent to sell raffle tickets and provide information to prospective athletes. We will need two adults to supervise each shift (one for the games area and one for the tent). Wear crew spirit wear (if you can)! Please note: no cancellations after Wednesday (Sept. 29), unless you are able to find your own replacement. Also, plan ahead for parking. The area will be very crowded. Leave sufficient time to park and walk to the Town Green. Thanks very much.
