States was the most challenging and exciting day of the season for our varsity rowers. We know some of the rowers
overcame some significant challenges to get the job done today. You put on a terrific show!!
The
weather completely churned up the course, and volunteers removed logs
and debris for the first hour of the morning. It barely rained but
it was VERY windy.
The results only tell part of the story -
M 2nd 4: Heat -3rd, Final- Silver (10 boat field)
W 2nd 4 Heat -3rd, Final - Bronze (12 boat field)
W Lt4 Heat -2nd, Final - Bronze (12 boat field)
M Lt4 Heat - 3rd, Final - 5th (11 boat field)
M 1st 4 Heat - 2nd, Final 5th (18 boat field)
W 1st 4 Heat -3rd, Petite Final 1st (20 boat field)
