For those of you who have not yet turned in raffle tickets and receipts, Cheryl Billingsley will be in the Madison Parking Lot near the gym from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on Monday the 28th to collect raffle ticket stubs and receipts. Please bring your raffle ticket stubs and check(s) in a securely sealed envelope labeled with the athlete's name. Parents are strongly encouraged to check raffle stubs against all money collected. We ask that parents to write a check to JMCBO for the cash collected by their athlete in lieu of submitting cash (this will greatly facilitate record keeping and processing). Checks from buyers are okay, too. Please try to make this drop-off!
Remember, the minimum sales requirement for this raffle is $200 so you must turn in at least this amount.
Note: Please do not turn in or throw out any unsold raffle tickets - we will be having a contest soon!
